Role – Sales & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Due to our rapid expansion we are seeking to hire a Sales & Marketing Coordinator.

The successful applicant should have a property related background, a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience and a preference for New Homes sales.

It is not necessary to have a PRSA licence but a familiarity with the process of selling new homes/residential is a desirable pre-requisite.

This role will involve a lot of consultation and liaising with various stakeholders both inside and outside of the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of one of Ireland’s leading residential developers and contribute to our high-profile projects across the country.

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing marketing strategies specific to new homes development schemes within a number of locations in the Greater Dublin Area.
  • Implementing the standardised marketing strategy for Glenveagh’s developments, including standardised brochure templates, signage and all other forms of branding material.
  • Co-ordinating branding agencies, social media companies, CGI, sign companies, and Sales Agents (both domestically and internationally) from tender to appointment.
  • Responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the agreed finished product within budget and deadline across all schemes.
  • Assisting the Sales Manager with the social media team to ensure campaigns on each site are effective and are targeting the relevant market.
  • Feeding content to our digital marketing team through continuous interaction with site and other third parties
  • Liaising with interior designers, flooring companies, carpenters and landscapers to ensure briefs are met and show house fit out is implemented on time and within budget.
  • Reporting to the sales manager on an ongoing basis regarding progress on site and providing solutions for any potential delays.
  • Any other adhoc duties that the company may require from time to time

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educated to Degree level in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with experience within the residential property market essential.
  • Skilled in reviewing floor plans and an understanding of furniture layouts.
  • Attention to detail essential.
  • Team player but self-motivated.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced /diverse environment.
  • Full driver’s license.
