We have created new ways to view our properties to ensure your safety
and comfort throughout the viewing process. We are now facilitating
Private Appointments, Virtual Viewings and Smart Viewings on selected developments.

Virtual Viewings

One of our agents will take you through a live one-to-one virtual tour of the property using the latest Matterport technology. You can walk through the house, view house types and site maps all from the comfort of your home. You will also have the opportunity of viewing the floor plans of specific house types asking any questions you may have in real time. The exclusivity of this viewing experience makes this a unique and innovative way of viewing a Glenveagh property.

Viewing By Private Appointment

Our agents are facilitating private appointments at our show houses on site. Appointments will be carried out under Covid-19 guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and agents. The guidelines can be viewed below in detail with the health and safety of our customers and agents alike of paramount importance. Showhouses will be sanitized after each viewing along with social distancing protocols in place.  

Glenveagh Smart Viewing

Glenveagh Smart viewings combine the latest in Smart Home technology and video conferencing, allowing our customers the benefit of a show house walk through whilst connecting with a dedicated agent via video conferencing, live from the show house. Site maps, house-type drawings and digital brochures are providing a new digital experience and ensuring our homes can be viewed in a safe and comfortable manner. Showhouses will be sanitized after each viewing along with social distancing protocols in place. We are piloting this on our Taylor Hill development and will expand across other developments subject to demand.
