Construction Updates

Road Surfacing & Street Signage

The site team will be conducting a full survey of the development and will agree on the works to the road surfacing which will require sign-off by the council. We aim to start the works late April 2022. Residents will be notified in advance when works are taking place so access arrangements can be agreed.

All the street signage that had errors have now been rectified. There is no further signage to go up except for Phase 3 as we are still in build stages.
