All CVs are reviewed by the Talent Acquisition Team against the requirements of the position to which you have applied. Shortlisted candidates participate in a two staged interview process.
Your first-round interview may take the form of a brief telephone interview with the Talent Acquisition Team, during which you will discuss your career to date, and in particular how your skills might fit the position in question. For certain roles, particularly those which require a high level of interaction with people, Glenveagh uses a video interviewing tool as a first step in the process. You will receive an invitation to your own personalised interview which you can complete at your leisure, using your own phone or laptop. Your video will be viewed by the Talent Acquisition Team and it may also be shared with our hiring managers relating directly to the role. This is an opportunity for you to tell us about yourself and to highlight why you are the best fit for the Company.
Your second-round interview will be a face to face interview at our offices. You will meet the Talent Acquisition Team and the Hiring Manager where you will discuss in more detail your career to date. You can expect this interview to be largely competency-based. You will of course, also have the opportunity to find out more about the company and the day to day details of the role to which you have applied.
