For certain roles, particularly those which require a high level of interaction with people, Glenveagh uses a video interviewing tool as a first step in the process. Your video will be viewed by the Talent Acquisition Team and it may also be shared with our hiring managers relating directly to the role.
This is an opportunity for you to tell us about yourself and to highlight why you are the best fit for the Company.
Your second-round interview will be a face to face interview at our offices. You will meet the Talent Acquisition Team and the Hiring Manager where you will discuss in more detail your career to date.

I joined Glenveagh to gain residential development exposure and advance my career in a rapidly growing company. The company’s reputation for being innovative and delivering high quality developments were key reasons for my decision.”
John, Senior Engineer
So long as each person has the passion, skillset and drive to carry out their role then it really doesn’t matter whether the candidate is male or female. What does matter is how gender diversity is integrated into the work place and viewed. This is something Glenveagh do very well. Which eliminates having to “prove your value” or “your equality”. They select the right candidates and give equal opportunities to both men and women in the workplace. More importantly they treat them equally Top down and on the ground level.”
Caroline, Health & Safety Advisor
Working at Glenveagh has provided me with the opportunity of working on large residential planning applications. Glenveagh is a company which wants to see each individual progress and shape their career. Since joining Glenveagh my experience has developed from assisting on planning projects to being the lead planner responsible for applications.”
Catherine, Planning Manager
