Our Interview Process
At Glenveagh Properties PLC, our approach as an Equal Opportunities employer is to conduct a fair recruitment process for both internal and external candidates.
First round interview
Your first-round interview may take the form of a brief telephone interview with the Talent Acquisition Team, during which you will discuss your career to date, and in particular how your skills might fit the position in question.
For certain roles, particularly those which require a high level of interaction with people, Glenveagh uses a video interviewing tool as a first step in the process. You will receive an invitation to your own personalised interview which you can complete at your leisure, using your own phone or laptop.
Second round interview
Your second-round interview will be a face to face virtual interview. You will meet the Talent Acquisition Team and the Hiring Manager where you will discuss in more detail your career to date. You can expect this interview to be largely competency-based.
We endeavour to provide feedback to all interviewed candidates within a timely manner.
