Our recruitment process

Initial phone call
Your first-round interview may take the form of a brief phone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, during which you will discuss your career to date, and in particular how your skills might fit the position in question.
Face-to-face interview
Your second-round interview will be a face-to-face interview. You will meet the Talent Acquisition Team and the Hiring Manager where you will discuss in more detail your career to date. You can expect this interview to be largely competency-based.
Feedback
We endeavour to provide feedback to all interviewed candidates within a timely manner. Glenveagh is committed to continuously improving our candidate experience and we would appreciate your feedback by completing a short survey after your interview.
