From day one you will gain hands-on experience, participating in cutting edge construction projects. We support graduate development with classroom sessions to build soft skills and our expert management teams will be there to support you and act as mentors.

You'll start your career with a comprehensive induction designed to give you a dynamic and informative introduction to Glenveagh.

Our Graduate Programme is designed to support you in your role by progressing your development and providing access to key knowledge points across the business.

Partnering with the Irish Management Institute (IMI), our 12 month programme covers vital topics like managing yourself, change management, leadership, and more, and will give you the building blocks for success as you embark upon your career with Glenveagh.

About you

About you

You’re a recent graduate with a minimum Level 7 qualification in one of our key disciplines which include Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety and Quantity Surveying, or in key business disciplines such as Marketing and Human Resources.

You have excellent communication skills and can see yourself embodying our values of Safety First, Collaborative, Innovative, Customer Centred and Can-do.

You’re ambitious and can see a long-term future as part of one of Ireland’s leading homebuilders and fastest growing PLCs.

Initial phone call

Preparation

Your first-round interview may take the form of a brief phone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, during which you will discuss your career to date, and in particular how your skills might fit the position in question.

Face-to-face interview

Preparation

Your second-round interview will be a face-to-face interview. You will meet the Talent Acquisition Team and the Hiring Manager where you will discuss in more detail your career to date. You can expect this interview to be largely competency-based.
