Gaelic4Girls is a 10-week programme that incorporates coaching sessions with fun non-competitive blitzes designed to increase participation in Ladies Gaelic Football. The programme is aimed at girls aged between 7-12 years.

What is the Gaelic4Girls programme? 

The main goal of the Gaelic4Girls programme is helping to bring Gaelic games to a wider community. The programme provides a fun and nurturing environment where young girls can develop their athletic skills, build confidence and learn valuable skills such as team work and sportsmanship.
