Construction works in Belcamp are currently underway and are progressing on schedule. The new community, comprising a total of 78 units, will bring much needed A-rated homes to the area. The first homeowners collected their keys in December 2025, with the remaining homes expected to be completed in the coming months.

At Glenveagh, we add lasting value to our communities by investing in the lives of our residents and the environment that surrounds them. Here are some of the ways we support the Balgriffin community. 

We offer ongoing support to local Tidy Towns by providing volunteers with the necessary supplies and equipment.  

Sustainability

We partner with local schools by upgrading outdoor and landscaping areas and organise regular Construction Site Safety Talks and free Nature Hero Bootcamps in local primary schools. 

Education

We support the local economy by procuring local where we can, as well as organising regular residents Community Days featuring small business owners from the area.
