We propose to deliver approximately 1,280 A-rated new homes, ranging from 1 to 4 bedroom homes.
A new local distributor road connecting the Slane Road to the Kingscourt road including paths and cycling routes to Navan town centre.
The new community will include vibrant open spaces, children’s play parks and sports facilities and will be supported by centrally located retail, educational, healthcare facilities for the wider community.
Located strategically in Navan’s North Quadrant, this new community is a key part of the town’s growth delivering an essential transport link between the N51 and R162.
