    Glenveagh Hosting Careers Talk in Tyrrelstown

    The Glenveagh HR and Community Engagement team was delighted to visit Le Chéile Gaelscoil in Tyrrelstown to meet with 6th year students and discuss the exciting opportunities available within the construction industry.

    The morning provided a valuable opportunity to engage with students as they begin considering their future education and career choices.

    Exploring Pathways into Construction

    During the session, the team shared insights into the many different routes into the construction sector, highlighting a variety of career paths available across the industry. Students learned about opportunities ranging from apprenticeships and graduate programmes to professional and technical roles, demonstrating the diverse range of careers that construction can offer.

    The discussion also explored potential career progression, showcasing how individuals can develop their skills and advance within the industry over time.

    Engaged and Curious Students

    The students were highly engaged throughout the presentation, asking thoughtful questions and showing a genuine interest in learning more about the sector. It was encouraging to see such enthusiasm from the next generation as they explore the many possibilities available to them after school.
