Construction work has begun at Millers Glen and is on schedule, with the first new homes expected to be released around Q4 2025.

 This will result in creation of a total of 378 units with a mix of houses, duplexes and apartments.

We will continue to work closely with the Swords community in minimising the impact of construction work.
