Our Strategy - Building better

Housing is essential national infrastructure – the foundation of social progress and economic resilience. At Glenveagh, we understand this, and so our strategy is built for the long term, combining scale, innovation, and responsibility to ensure Ireland can meet its housing needs for decades to come.

We are building more than homes; we are building the capacity for a stronger, more sustainable Ireland. Our Building Better Strategy is shaping the next chapter of Glenveagh’s story - one centred on growth, innovation, and long-term value. It focuses on building high-quality, affordable homes while creating lasting benefits for customers, communities, and shareholders alike.

Guided by five strategic pillars, we’re combining modern construction methods, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable design to deliver better homes, stronger communities, and a more resilient business for the future.

Creating value, the Glenveagh way

We positively impact the economy, communities, and the environment through our strategic activities, creating value for all our stakeholders.

Our vision

We believe everyone should have access to affordable, high‑quality homes in thriving communities across Ireland. In 2024, we delivered 1,650 new suburban homes and continued to build sustainable neighbourhoods through our Building Lasting Communities programme.

Our mission

We are committed to innovation, transforming how homes are planned, designed, built, and marketed in Ireland. In 2024, we invested in innovative materials such as lightweight cladding and roofing, helping to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and cut emissions.

Our culture

Our inclusive and collaborative culture encourages fresh thinking, teamwork, and trust. In 2024, we delivered over 8,300 hours of training and development across the business and invested nearly €500,000 in community initiatives that support positive social impact.

Our ESG

In 2024, we became the first construction company in Ireland to achieve Gold accreditation from the Irish Centre for Diversity. In 2025, we launched our biodiversity and circular economy strategies and advanced our transition to Net Zero through science‑based targets verified by the SBTi.

Our values

Our values - Safety‑first, Collaborative, Innovative, Customer‑centred, and Can‑do - guide everything we do. They shape how we work, how we build, and how we deliver homes and communities that meet the needs of customers and society.
