The pathway

Apprenticeship trades — Work on site with one of our subcontractor partners and go to college for off-the-job training. A qualified tradesperson mentors you throughout. You finish with a full national craft qualification and real site experience.

Traineeships (Groundworks and Civils) — Structured on-site training programmes with classroom-based learning built in. You gain practical skills and recognised qualifications in your chosen discipline.

On top of your core programme, Glenveagh will give you hands-on exposure to cutting-edge modern methods of construction (MMC) — the innovative techniques that are shaping the future of housebuilding in Ireland.

You are employed by the subcontractor partner, not by Glenveagh.
