Maple Woods
Work is continuing on the construction of new homes in Maple Woods in Midleton. Over 110 homes have now been occupied. The remaining homeowners are expected to move in during Q2 2026.
Blackrock Villas
Work has commenced on new apartments in Blackrock Villas. When completed, the community will be provide almost 300 A-rated apartments. Work is progressing to schedule and the first homes in Blackrock Villas are expected to be completed during 2026.
Marina Depot
Construction is progressing well at Marina Depot, which will provide a total of 1,178 new A-rated apartments in the Cork Docklands area. Out of these, 337 homes are being delivered in partnership with the Land Development Agency (LDA). It is expected that the first homes will be completed in early 2027.
