Public Spaces

Construction work is continuing at Furzefield and is on schedule, with the first homes expected to be completed in early 2026.

August 2026

 This will result in creation of a total of 434 units with a mix of houses, duplexes and apartments.

We will continue to work closely with the Swords community in minimising the impact of construction work.
