We prioritise access for local apprentices and sub-contractors wherever possible when we’re building a new development. We actively support local recruitment efforts in our drive for every community to be a source of local pride and opportunity.

We take an innovative approach to introducing every new Glenveagh homeowner to the local community. Using digital tools, we show them what small businesses and venues are in their local area. Where we can, we work with businesses to provide incentives for residents in the neighbourhood, an extra reason to pop into their nearby stores and say hello.

Glenveagh maintains close relationships with the local businesses in each of the communities we serve, hosting events such as Planting Days and Community Days for our residents. Our planting initiatives are fun days out for all the family, packed with some hands-on activities to spread a positive message about biodiversity. Our goal is to bring small businesses and new local families together for education and fun.

Our people are never just passing through. We're always happy to stick around, have a chat, and catch up on local news. Additionally, we also take action by supporting community groups. We listen to your community needs by engaging with local authorities and the Chambers of Commerce. Through supporting local initiatives there is an immediate connection with sense of place when buying your new home.
