Balmoston
Glenveagh has partnered on this site with Fingal County Council to deliver 1,200 A-rated homes for over 3,000 people. There will be a much-needed mix of affordable, private, cost rental, and social homes. There will also be a world-class hub hosting sporting and recreational facilities, for the people in Portrane, Donabate and the wider community.
Construction of Phase 2 at Balmoston is progressing well and is on schedule. The first homes are expected to be completed in Q1 2026.
Ballisk Park
Our new community in Ballisk Park will provide 112 new A-rated Affordable Purchase homes in the area. Work has now been completed with the first homes occupied at the start of December 2025. The remaining homeowners are expected to move in in the coming months.
