Supporting local clubs and initiatives is something we enjoy doing, so when Ciara Walsh from our Commercial nominated Peamount United FC for our Hometown Heroes Fund, it definitely fit the bill. Glenveagh is delighted to support the Women's section of Peamount United FC, by providing equipment and jerseys for the squad. Here's to their continued success!

About Peamount United FC

Peamount United is a County Dublin football club, established in 1983. Based in Greenogue, Newcastle in West Dublin, the club has gone from strength to strength in its near 40 years in existence.

If you know Peamount United Football Club you'll also know the resounding success of its Women's Team, a continuous presence in the National Women's League. From winning the treble to being the first Republic of Ireland team, men or women's, to qualify from their group for the knockout stages of a European competition, they are a beacon for women's football in Ireland. You'll also know many of its stars who've played for the Women's National Team over the years.

Peamount United has vibrant Men's Women's and underage squads and it prides itself on being progressive and inclusive.
