Maple Woods
Work is continuing on the construction of new homes in Maple Woods in Midleton, bringing much need A-rated housing to the area. Over 40 homes have now been occupied, with over 100 more under construction. Substantial progress has been made, with the next group of homes expected to be completed in Q4 2025.
Blackrock Villas
Work has commenced on new apartments in Blackrock Villas, which will see much needed new homes in the area. When completed, the community will be provide almost 300 A-rated apartments.
Work is progressing to schedule and the first homes in Blackrock Villas are expected in 2026.
