Maple Woods

Work is continuing on the construction of new homes in Maple Woods in Midleton. Over 40 homes have now been occupied, with over 100 more under construction. Substantial progress has been made, with the next group of homes expected to be completed in Q4 2025.

Blackrock Villas

Work has commenced on new apartments in Blackrock Villas. When completed, the community will be provide almost 300 A-rated apartments. Work is progressing to schedule and the first homes in Blackrock Villas are expected in 2026.

Marina Depot

Construction is progressing well at Marina Depot, which will provide a total of 1,178 new A-rated apartments in the Cork Docklands area. Out of these, 337 homes are being delivered in partnership with the Land Development Agency (LDA). It is expected that the first homes will be completed in early 2027.
