Work is continuing on the construction of new homes in Maple Woods in Midleton, bringing much need A-rated housing to the area. Over 40 homes have now been occupied with over 100 more under construction. Substantial progress has been made on these latest homes, with the first of them expected to be nearing completion in Winter 2025.
The building of new homes in Maple Woods is on schedule and progressing to programme.
Work has commenced on new apartments in Blackrock Villas, which will see much needed new homes in the area. When completed there will be almost 300 new apartments for new residents.
Work is progressing to schedule and the first homes iin Blackrock Villas are expected in 2026.
