Laying the Foundations for Young Readers

Glenveagh proudly support over 1,000 initiatives throughout Ireland, so we were delighted to lend a hand to Scoil Ursula in Blackrock as they get their library building project underway. We recently provided the materials to get the project started and contractor to Glenveagh, Evo Civils, a specialist groundworks company, kindly provided the labour for the foundation of the library.

Thanks to all the staff and students of Scoil Ursula who made us very welcome as we helped start the project. A special thanks to Nigel Doherty from Evo Civils and Darragh Kiely, Glenveagh Site Manager, for making it all happen. School Principal Elizabeth Cronin and Deputy Principal Brian Walsh inspire lots of young minds and they have a great vision for the new library at the school. Wishing all the pupils many happy hours of immersing themselves in the joy of reading. It was a pleasure to play a small part in the beginnings of your new library.
