Balmoston
Glenveagh has partnered on this site with Fingal County Council to deliver 1,200 A-rated homes for over 3,000 people. There will be a much-needed mix of affordable, private, cost rental, and social homes. There will also be a world-class hub hosting sporting and recreational facilities, for the people in Portrane, Donabate and the wider community.
The first homes were completed at start of June, with the remaining homeowners expected to collect their keys in the coming months.
Ballisk Park
Our new community in Ballisk Park will provide 112 new A-rated Affordable Purchase homes in the area. All homeowners have now collected their keys as the new community at Ballisk Park is taking shape.
The apartment block is still under construction and is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026.
