Approx. 5.2 acres of public open space, featuring pocket parks, playgrounds, a playing pitch, multi-use game areas and fitness trail stations.

Construction work has begun at Furzefield and is on schedule, with the first new homes expected to be completed in early 2026.

 This will result in creation of a total of 512 units with a mix of houses, duplexes and apartments.

We will continue to work closely with the Swords community in minimising the impact of construction work.
