Kilmartin Grove Site Update

Kilmartin Grove is a new community in Hollystown, providing much-needed A-rated homes for the area. Our construction updates on Kilmartin Grove help keep the local community informed on how things are progressing on site.

Construction Update

New residents of almost 650 homes are now occupied and approximately another 40 homeowners will be collecting keys throughout April.

The project is on schedule for completion in Summer 2025, as we continue to build the new sustainable, A-rated homes at Kilmartin Grove.
