Kilmartin Grove is a new community in Hollystown, providing much-needed A-rated homes for the area. Construction is well underway with some residents already moving in. Our construction updates on Kilmartin Grove help keep the local community informed on how things are progressing on site.
Over 250 homes are now ready for occupancy and there are another 500 under construction. There is a lot of activity with many residents moving in.
There is some minor work to be carried out at the entrance to the first group of completed homes. This requires a road opening licence, which has been applied for. The road opening should only take three days to complete.
The project is at full tilt with new homes being built every week. Over 500 new residents will be moving in over the winter months.
The project is on schedule for completion in Summer 2025, as we continue to build the new sustainable, A-rated homes at Kilmartin Grove.
