We propose to deliver approximately 750 A-rated sustainable and high-quality homes, ranging from 1 to 4 bedroom homes.

New Homes

Planned upgrades to the existing road network include the new Maynooth Outer Orbital Route (MOOR), which will facilitate traffic between Moygaddy and the greater Maynooth area. 

Infrastructure

The new community will include public parks, greenways, cycle trails as well as play areas and will be accessible to local residents and the wider community.

Public Spaces

The new Moygaddy community is conveniently located next to Maynooth town centre, within walking distance from Maynooth Education Campus as well as Carton House and Demesne.
