Baker Hall Site Update

Baker Hall is a new community, a few minutes from the centre of Navan, providing much-needed A-rated homes for the area. Our construction updates on Baker Hall help keep the local community informed on how things are progressing on site.

Construction Update

Over 300 homes have now been occupied in Baker Hall, with residents moving into another 19 homes over the winter months. Work on the next group of homes is progressing well and on schedule.

Work on the new apartments is well underway, with new residents expected to move in during 2025.

The project in on schedule as we continue to build the new sustainable, A-rated homes at Baker Hall.
