Community-Swords
We recently visited Swords Community College, where we had the opportunity to discuss the wide range of careers available in the construction industry.
The session highlighted various career paths, from design, engineering, and apprenticeships to on-site roles, finance, IT, and sales. The talk also covered Glenveagh’s approach to construction, focusing on modern methods of construction (MMC) like off-site manufacturing and energy-efficient designs.
At Glenveagh, we believe that supporting education is one of the best ways to invest in our communities. That’s why we work closely with local schools and organisations to help young people reach their full potential.
We are always looking out for the next generation of talent. Along with offering work experience and mentoring through our school outreach programme, we are expanding our apprenticeships and placements for both secondary and third-level students.
