Community-ratoath
We were happy to take part in the Ratoath College Career Fair and meet students from 3rd to 6th year. It was a great chance to talk to students from the local area about careers in construction and homebuilding, and to hear what they are thinking about for the future.
We discussed the various pathways and routes into construction, including the newly launched Foundations Programme, a partnership between Glenveagh and specialist contractors to provide a programme that goes beyond a standard apprenticeship. We hope the conversations gave students a clearer picture of the options open to them after school.
We would like to thank the organisers and staff at Ratoath College for inviting us, and a huge well done to all the students we met on the day.
