Folkstown Park
Folkstown Park is a new community, 5 minutes from the seaside town of Balbriggan, providing much-needed A-rated homes for the area.
Construction of Phase 2 is progressing well and is on schedule. The first homes are expected to be completed throughout the course of Q1 in 2026.
Taylor Hill
Work is continuing on the new crèche and it is expected that it will near completion when spring approaches.
