Folkstown Park

Folkstown Park is a new community, 5 minutes from the seaside town of Balbriggan, providing much-needed A-rated homes for the area.

Construction of Phase 2 is progressing well and is on schedule. The first homes are expected to be completed in H1 2026.

Work is continuing on the new crèche and it is expected that it will near completion when autumn approaches.
