Folkstown Park is a new community, 5 minutes from the seaside town of Balbriggan, providing much-needed A-rated homes for the area. Our construction updates on Folkstown Park help keep the local community informed on how things are progressing on site.
Work is progressing well on site. The first group of homes are at snagging stage, with more to follow in the coming months.
A number of new residents have already moved in for December with more people collecting the keys for their new homes in the coming weeks.
Construction work on the new crèche is also progressing well, as we build the new childcare facility.
