Book Adventures in Portlaoise

Books and kids are the perfect match and fostering a love of reading in children will set them up for life-long enjoyment of books. A lovely way to get kids to read and make new friends along the way are storytime events in your local library.

Portlaoise Library hosts a fun storytime every week for children aged three to eight. "Tales and Adventures Storytime" is presented by library staff and is a lovely way to get children into books at an early age.
