Effernock The two, three and four bedroom homes at Effernock, Trim, will bring much needed new A-rated housing to the area. Below is the latest site update, to keep the community informed of how things are progressing Trim area. Construction is progressing well, on site at Effernock, Trim where over 100 new homes are being built by Glenveagh. The first of the new homes are nearing practical completion with the first group of home owners due to collect their keys in this month. More homes are due to be occupied over the summer months and again towards the end of the year. Work is progressing to schedule as we build new communities in the Trim area.
