The two, three and four bedroom homes at Effernock, Trim, will bring much needed new A-rated housing to the area. Here is the latest site update, to keep the community informed of how things are progressing on Glenveagh sites in the Trim area:
Construction is progressing well, on site at Effernock, Trim where over 100 new homes are being built by Glenveagh. It is estimated that the first of the homes will be nearing practical completion at the end of March 2025.
Work is progressing to schedule as we build new communities in the Trim area.
