Folkstown Park is a new community, 5 minutes from the seaside town of Balbriggan, providing much-needed A-rated homes for the area. Our construction updates on Folkstown Park help keep the local community informed on how things are progressing on site.
Work is progressing well on site. The first group of homes are at snagging stage, with more to follow in the coming months.
A substantial number of residents moved in their new homes in Folkstown Park before the end of 2024, with more home owners due to collect their keys in the coming weeks, as 2025 gets underway.
Construction work on the new crèche is also progressing well, as we build the new childcare facility.
