Construction is well underway for the new Balmoston homes. Glenveagh has partnered on this site with Fingal County Council to deliver 1,200 A-rated, sustainable, high-quality homes for over 3,000 people. There will be a much-needed mix of affordable, private, cost rental, and social homes. There will also be a world-class hub hosting sporting and recreational facilities, for the people Portrane, Donabate and the wider community.
Here are the latest site updates, to keep the community informed of how things are progressing in Balmoston:
During February 2025, more homeowners will be collecting the keys to their new homes, bringing the number of homes occupied to over 115, with more new Balmoston residents scheduled to collect their keys towards the end of the month and into March.
Construction of the new homes for the new Balmoston community is progressing well and is on schedule.
