Folkstown Park is a new community, 5 minutes from the seaside town of Balbriggan, providing much-needed A-rated homes for the area. Our construction updates on Folkstown Park help keep the local community informed on how things are progressing on site.
Over 140 new residents have now collected their keys for their new homes in Folkstown Park.
Construction is continuing on more homes as the new community takes shape, with over 60 more homeowners expected to move in or collect their keys in late spring/early summer. There will be a further 20 homes nearing completion as the summer progresses.
